1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon course black pepper
Pinch of red chili pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper. Reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes.
If desired, add a pinch of red chili pepper flakes for some extra heat.
